Stowe Restaurant Week Returns

From October 18th through 24th, Stowe’s restaurants band together for Stowe Restaurant Week.   Experience Stowe’s celebrated dining scene with prix-fixe multi-course meals through-out town.   With pricing starting at $15 Restaurant week is for everybody!

Here’s a selection of some of the specials you’ll find this week:

Michaels on the Hilllogo-michaels

Cider Glazed Pork Loin with Roasted Kale, Smoked Granny Smith Apple & Extra Sharp Cheddar Mashed Potatoes & Natural Jus.  For dessert, Honey Crisp Apple Fritters with Sugar Pumpkin Ice Cream & Apple Wine Caramel


A traditional risotto folded with our homemade ragu & mozzarella cheese served with homemade marinara to start, and a main course of green tea poached Rhapsody organic tempeh laid over a bed of warm lentils & sautéed kale, finished with apple cider sauce & crispy red onions.

In Austrian tradition, Trapp’s offering includes a Pork Schnitzel with braised garden cabbage, pumpkin spaetzle & lingonberry.   For dessert, apple fritters frsh from the Fall harvest.
